Daniel A. Conti was born in Brooklyn, New York in 1959. He attended Georgetown University in Washington D.C. and received an A.B. Degree in English in 1981. He attended Southwestern University School of Law in Los Angeles, California, and received a Juris Doctor Degree in 1985.
Mr. Conti was admitted to the New York State Bar in January, 1986. He has since been admitted to the Bar for the United States District Courts for the Southern, Eastern and Northern Districts of New York and to the Bar of The United States Supreme Court. He is currently an inactive member of the Bar for the District of Columbia. Mr. Conti handles Long Island Criminal Defense cases as well as Long Island DWI cases from his two offices on Long Island.
Mr. Conti was the Libertarian Party Candidate for New York State Attorney General in 1994 and 1998 and he was the Libertarian Party Candidate for Nassau County District Attorney in 1997.
Mr. Conti is a member of the New York State Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. He and his family live on Long Island.
